Welcome to Ludo Legends. By installing or using the game you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Grant of Licence to Use the Services
By installing or using Ludo Legends, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may play the game through authorized mobile applications or websites maintained under our domain ludolegends.wingarrow.com. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit the game or its content in any unauthorized way.
This game is developed and maintained by an independent team of creators operating under the name Wingarrow. Any misuse of the service may result in suspension of access or appropriate action to protect the integrity of the game and its players.
Right to Terminate or Change Services
Your use of Ludo Legends is subject to your full and ongoing compliance with these Terms of Service. If you violate these terms in any way, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the game at any time, without prior notice and without liability.
In such cases, you may lose access to your account, username, progress, or any in-game items or rewards (such as coins, gems, cosmetic items, or ranks). These digital items have no real-world value and are not refundable.
We also reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue parts or all of the game or its services at any time. By using Ludo Legends, you agree that these Terms will remain in effect even after your account is terminated.
Our Right to Change or Update Services
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any part of Ludo Legends—including its features, game modes, rewards, or functionality—at any time, without prior notice or user consent.
As a player, you understand and agree that the game may change over time as we improve or adjust the experience. These changes are made at our sole discretion and may be necessary for updates, balancing, technical fixes, or new content.
By continuing to use the game after any changes, you agree to the updated version of the service.
Our Intellectual Property Rights
All content, assets, designs, artwork, logos, sounds, code, and in-game items used in Ludo Legends are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of these materials may violate intellectual property rights and could result in legal action.
By using Ludo Legends, you are granted a limited right to access and play the game. This does not give you ownership of any part of the game, including virtual currency, cosmetic items, rankings, or any digital assets within the game. These remain the property of the creators of Ludo Legends.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the game or its content without our written permission.
By submitting feedback, ideas, suggestions, or comments to us, you agree that we may use them freely in any way we choose—without any restriction or compensation to you. These contributions become part of our project and help us improve the experience for everyone.
Intellectual Property Rights of Others
All trademarks, logos, service marks, and brand names that appear in Ludo Legends or on our website and do not belong to us are the property of their respective owners.
This includes references to any third-party content, technologies, or services. Such materials may be protected by trademark, copyright, or other laws, and we do not claim ownership over them.
You are not granted any rights to use, copy, or reproduce any third-party content or trademarks that appear in the game or on the site.
Virtual Currencies and Goods
Ludo Legends may include in-game virtual currency (such as coins or gems) and virtual goods (such as borders, themes, or other digital assets). These are used purely for gameplay purposes and do not hold any real-world monetary value.
You may be allowed to purchase virtual currency with real money through authorized platforms (like the Google Play Store) if you are legally eligible to do so in your region. However, you are granted only a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use this currency and virtual goods within the game. You do not own them, and they cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside of the game for real money or any other value.
Any attempt to trade, sell, or transfer virtual currency or items outside of the official in-game system is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in suspension or permanent banning of your account, and we reserve the right to take legal or technical action against such violations.
All purchases of virtual currency or goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
By using these features, you agree to respect fair play and understand that virtual items are meant only to enhance your experience within Ludo Legends, not for external benefit.
You Own Your Content
Ludo Legends may allow you to interact with the game or other players by posting or sharing content—such as messages, usernames, profile pictures, gameplay stats, feedback, or other materials—through chat, forms, or community features.
You remain the sole owner of any content you submit, post, or share. However, by doing so, you grant Ludo Legends and its developer(s) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for purposes related to operating, improving, or promoting the game and its services.
You are fully responsible for all content you submit or share. We do not pre-screen content and are not responsible for what you or others post in the game. However, we reserve the right (but are not obligated) to monitor, review, remove, or edit any content at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it violates our policies or disrupts the game experience.
This includes voice chat, text chat, profile visuals, and any in-game messages. Inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or infringing content may lead to removal and, if necessary, account suspension.
Please use respectful language and avoid posting anything that could harm the community or violate someone else's rights.
Our Rights
By submitting or sharing any content through Ludo Legends, you acknowledge and agree that you do not retain any moral rights, rights of publicity, or rights of privacy related to that content, to the extent permitted by law.
If, under any applicable law, you are considered to retain any rights, interest, or ownership over the content you submit, you agree to irrevocably assign and transfer all such rights, interest, and ownership to the developer(s) of Ludo Legends—without any further obligation or compensation.
This ensures we can continue to operate, improve, and protect the game, its community, and any content submitted by players in a fair and consistent manner.
User Account and Password
Some services of Ludo Legends may be accessed through social login (e.g., Google, Apple, or Facebook). In such cases, you agree to follow their authentication mechanisms and terms of service.
Alternatively, if a direct registration system is provided, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information (“Registration Data”). You agree to maintain and promptly update your Registration Data if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (such as your username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You are also responsible for any losses or damages caused to yourself, other players, or third parties due to unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to notify the Ludo Legends team immediately in the event of any unauthorized use, breach of security, or suspected compromise of your account.
You may not:
- Use another user's account, credentials, or profile.
- Sell, rent, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer your account, in-game items, or currencies.
- Attempt to obtain login credentials or account details of other users.
Engaging in any of the above may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
Ludo Legends is not liable for disputes or damages arising from account sharing or unauthorized access.
In-App Purchases and Payments
Certain features in Ludo Legends, including but not limited to Virtual Currency (e.g., coins, gems) and Virtual Goods (e.g., borders, items), may require payment. To access these features, you must have a valid user account and be logged in via an authorized platform.
All purchases are processed through official app store platforms such as Google Play or Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and billing policies of the respective store and payment method used.
You are solely responsible for all charges made on your account, including applicable taxes and purchases made by others using your device or account. Ensure your billing information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Important Notes:
- Ludo Legends does not store or process payment details directly. All transactions are securely handled through the payment systems provided by Google, Apple, or other third-party services.
- Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods are for gameplay use only and cannot be exchanged or refunded for real-world money.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or permitted by the store's refund policy.
- Attempting to use unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods may result in account suspension or legal action.
- If you believe there was an error with a transaction, please contact the respective app store’s support.
No Refund Policy
All in-app purchases made in Ludo Legends are final and non-refundable. We follow a strict no-refund policy, regardless of the reason, including accidental purchases, unused Virtual Goods or Currency, or dissatisfaction with features.
By making a purchase, you agree that:
- You will not be eligible for a refund once the transaction is completed.
- Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
- Any refund requests must be directed to the platform through which the purchase was made (such as Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective refund policies.
- We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests that violate this policy or our Terms of Service.
Advertising
We reserve the right to use and disclose non-personal data collected through the Ludo Legends app for advertising purposes, including personalized or contextual ads shown by us or our authorized partners and contractors.
We may work with third-party advertising services or networks that use various technologies to collect and process information about your use of the app. This may include identifiers such as:
- IP address
- Device ID and MAC address
- Device type and operating system
- App usage patterns and session data
- Language, location, and time zone
- Software and hardware specifications
This data may be used to:
- Serve relevant ads and in-app promotions
- Measure ad performance and user engagement
- Understand app usage trends and improve our services
By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of this information for advertising. If you do not agree with this, please refrain from using or accessing the app.
Some of our partners may provide options to opt-out of personalized advertising through your device settings or platform-specific tools (e.g., Google Ad Settings, Apple App Tracking Transparency).
Rules of Conduct: Your Responsibilities
By accessing and using Ludo Legends, you agree to use the game and associated services in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner. You are solely responsible for all your activities on the platform and agree to follow community guidelines wherever applicable, including official fan pages, in-game chat, and Wingarrow’s associated websites.
The following rules serve as examples of prohibited behavior. These rules are not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to determine what conduct violates these terms and to take appropriate action, including warnings, suspensions, or termination of your access to the game and its services.
You agree that you will not engage in, encourage, or attempt any of the following actions:
- Use cheats or exploits: Do not use, create, distribute, or promote bots, macros, hacks, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party tools or software that alter or interfere with the intended gameplay experience.
- Spread harmful software: Upload or distribute viruses, malware, spyware, or any other type of malicious software designed to harm, interrupt, or limit the operation of the game, users’ devices, or backend infrastructure.
- Disrupt gameplay or services: Attempt to interfere with game servers, communication channels, or other users’ ability to enjoy the game, including attempts to crash, overload, or attack servers.
- Bypass security or restrictions: Avoid or circumvent any technical security measures or limitations set in place, such as paywalls, access limitations, or anti-cheat systems.
- Harass or disrupt community: Engage in behavior that harasses, insults, spams, or disturbs other users. This includes flooding chat, repeated messages, use of all caps ("shouting"), or posting offensive, inappropriate, or unwanted content.
We reserve the right to update these rules of conduct at any time. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated rules.
Failure to follow these rules may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice.
No Commercial Use
You agree not to use Ludo Legends, its website, or any related services for any commercial purposes unless expressly authorized by us in writing. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Unauthorized reproduction or transmission: You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, sell, or otherwise exploit the game or its services for commercial purposes, including but not limited to use in cyber cafés, gaming lounges, computer labs, paid competitions, or commercial streaming without permission.
- Unauthorized server connections: You may not connect to or attempt to emulate the Ludo Legends game experience on unauthorized servers or platforms.
- Commercial promotions or advertising: You may not use the services to promote, advertise, market, or solicit for any commercial products, services, businesses, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing plans.
- Mass or unsolicited messaging: Posting content for non-personal purposes, such as chain letters, junk emails, spam, unsolicited commercial messages, surveys, or contests, is strictly prohibited.
All use of Ludo Legends must be for personal, non-commercial entertainment only, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon with the Wingarrow team.
No Fraudulent Use
You agree not to use Ludo Legends, its website, or any of its related services for any fraudulent or illegal purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Engage in fraudulent activity: Use the services for any transaction or purpose that violates local, national, or international laws, regulations, ordinances, or treaties.
- Impersonate or mislead: Impersonate any person or entity, create false identities, or trick, defraud, or mislead Wingarrow (developer of Ludo Legends) or other users for any purpose, including but not limited to gaining unauthorized access to accounts, virtual goods, virtual currency, or personal data.
- Provide false information: Register or create an account using false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information.
- Misuse support systems: Abuse customer support services or submit false claims of abuse, misconduct, or bugs to gain unfair advantage or disrupt services.
- Anonymize activity with malicious intent: Disguise or mislead the source of your information or use tools (e.g., anonymous proxies, VPNs with malicious intent) to avoid restrictions, bans, or monitoring.
- Collect personal data without consent: Gather, harvest, or use in any way—automated or manual—another user’s personal information (such as username, email, phone number, credit card number, or address), virtual currency, or virtual goods without their explicit consent.
Any violation of the above may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, along with any legal action deemed appropriate by Wingarrow.
No Unauthorized Use
You agree not to use Ludo Legends or its related services, websites, or content in any unauthorized or unlawful way. Specifically, you must not:
- Emulate or interfere with communication protocols: Host, intercept, redirect, or emulate proprietary communication protocols used by Wingarrow, regardless of method, including reverse engineering or protocol emulation.
- Reverse engineer or tamper with software: Copy, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, translate, or modify any software, source code, object code, or functionality related to the services or the game, either in whole or in part.
- Alter or disrupt game experience: Modify or interfere with the features, mechanics, operations, or maintenance of Ludo Legends or its services, including unauthorized plugins or add-ons.
- Collect data through third-party tools: Use any third-party software, bots, scripts, or scraping tools to intercept, mine, or gather information from or through the game or website.
- Impose unauthorized content: Frame the game or website, or overlay it with any commercial material, comments, or unauthorized advertisements. You may not obscure or remove any in-game or site banners, branding, copyright notices, or legal disclaimers.
- Remove or alter legal notices: Remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary notices included in the game or on the site.
- Use content without permission: Sell, license, distribute, copy, publicly perform, display, transmit, publish, adapt, or create derivative works from the game or any part of it without express written permission.
- Access through unapproved means: Attempt to access the game or services through unofficial or unauthorized servers, emulators, or networks not controlled or approved by Wingarrow.
- Violate any terms or laws: Breach these Terms of Service, any agreements you’ve accepted for the use of our services, or any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Transfer or trade accounts or items: Buy, sell, trade, rent, lease, license, or transfer your account, username, password, persona, virtual goods, or virtual currency to another person or entity—whether or not in exchange for real-world money or value. Promotion or advertisement of such activities is also strictly prohibited.
Any such activity may result in the suspension or permanent banning of your account and legal action where necessary.
Changes to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Use at any time, at our sole discretion. Whenever we make material changes, we will attempt to notify you in advance by posting an updated version on this website and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification or email.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of Ludo Legends, its website, or services after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using our services. Your access and use of the game and related services will always be subject to the most current version of these Terms.
Terminating Your Account
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any activity that we deem harmful, abusive, or against our community guidelines.
If your account is terminated, you will permanently lose access to your username, profile, character, virtual currency (including any unused coins or gems), virtual items (such as borders, cosmetics, rankings, and stats), and any other data or progress associated with your account—even if you have not yet used those virtual items or currency.
Please note that any virtual currency or virtual goods, whether purchased or earned, are non-refundable and non-transferable upon termination.
Data Collection
To access certain features of the game, you may be required to create an account by providing personal information during the registration process. Some services may also be accessed through third-party platforms such as social media accounts, in which case the data you share is also subject to that platform's privacy policies.
By using Ludo Legends, you grant permission to collect and use your information—including your email address and any other details shared via third-party platforms—for purposes such as game functionality, player authentication, account management, fraud prevention, in-game moderation, analytics, and improving the overall experience.
You acknowledge and agree that your data may be securely transferred, stored, and processed by Wingarrow and its partners, even across international borders if required. We may also send you necessary communications such as service alerts, support messages, or administrative notifications as part of your use of the game.
Third-Party Data Collection and Use of End-User Information
When you access Ludo Legends through a third-party platform—such as Google, Apple, or social media services—you may grant permission for us to collect and use certain information. This includes access to data stored in cookies or identifiers placed by the third-party platform, depending on your privacy settings and the permissions you have granted.
We may share non-personal or anonymized data with third-party vendors and service providers who assist us with analytics, advertising, or technical operations of our mobile and web applications. For example, we use third-party services to help us analyze usage patterns and track advertising performance across platforms.
These third parties do not contact you directly and will not send you emails, messages, or push notifications. If you wish to opt out of third-party analytics and ad tracking, you can adjust your device settings (such as "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt-out of Ads Personalization" on Android). However, opting out of ad tracking will not prevent us from collecting essential usage data or sending administrative messages related to your use of the app.
